Let her go

 LET YOU GO

Here she is again with a blemish,

They both fell in love, but it was soon diminished.

She sits on the couch and cries on the crack,

He cries back at her, knowing they can’t go back.

Hours went by and neither one could have guessed

That by letting go they were doing what’s best.

Then came the moment of fear,

To let him go without shedding a tear.

Crying on his lap

They both just decided never to go back,

The pain is immense but sawing her heart,

Because staying with him would rip her apart.

Never again will he kiss her goodbye,

And just that thought made her cry.

It hurt her deeply that she longed for his heart

Though it would lastit was just an imaginary part, and then she said with a heavy heart

                            “I want you to know

That I could never let you go.”
